There is a song that I'm very excited to share with you tonight. Are you interested in something like this? Fear of Tigers is the name, characterized by a man named Ben from Londontown. He's touring in Europe right now and will be in Russia by November. Pretty up to the minute. And that's all I've got for you! Sun in your face, wind at your back, dance with the stars! Go say hello to Fear of Tigers: fearoftigersmusic@googlemail.com.
There is so much new music surfacing right now it's foolish. A lot of artists changing directions and coming out with different sounds and what not i.e. MGMT. I select the songs that I select in order to create a specific mood or feeling. I want your ears to have the best possible experience. Let me know how I'm doing! I would really like to know what's going on up in the clouds.
However, so Glastonbury Festival is kind of like UKs version of Coachella here in California except I think like nine times bigger. To give you an idea, there are 45 stages. Big names, people from all over the world and lots of fun and space to cruise around. Aeroplane. From Brussels, in the south of Belgium, scheduled for Friday night at Glastonbury. Their remixes have most recently been raising the bar for this sort of genre. This song was just re-released on beatport. For its magnificence if I had to guess. Breakbot - Baby I'm Yours (Aeroplane)
I hear a little MGMT, a little Passion Pit in these fellows. Foster the People formed last year in Los Angeles, just had there first show EVER just the other night. Pretty impressive to start cranking out songs like this so soon. Info about these guys is apparently in short supply. No tour dates up anywhere, no bio, but I have gotten a hold of their most popular song right now. Wish I had some pump up kicks. Happy Friday. Foster the People - Pumped Up Kicks
Le Castle Vania. This guy has quite the tour ahead of him. Everywhere from Puerto Rico to South Africa. Ridiculous, this DJ lifestyle. Props to his remix of Rich Girls by the Virgins. Featuring just the right amount of everything. Enjoy this one because he hasn't much of anything else to offer. So to pick up his slack, here's some of this Moss of Aura(so mellow!). Who, by the way, are playing a few shows on the east coast tomorrow night, this thursday night and this saturday night. They're probably going to be the next like Ratatat or whatever. Go get 'em! The Virgins - Rich Girls (Le Castle Vania)
Like an old sunken ship. Like a unknown realm behind the distant fog. I have discovered another motha cussing genius from France! The Parisian producer KOLT13. Aha! Rock. Minitel Rose - Wild Birds (KOLT13)
